Step 1: Determine the Requirements (What are the Pain Points?)
We will meet with your management to understand your business, the pain points you have with your technology and your vision for your future. We will document not only the things you need technology to do for you, but the way you want it to work.

Step 2: Evaluate the Environment
We will meet with key staff members to understand from their standpoint how their work can be improved; more efficient, more automated, more accurate, etc.

Step 3: Review the Approach(es) and Alternatives
Once we understand how your technology works and your goals of how you want it to work, we will do a detailed review of the technology you are currently using (or not using). We will prepare one or more options to improve your technology effectiveness. If you are already very effective, we will prepare a future looking plan to keep your technology viable in the future.

Step 4: Plan Solution(s)
We will review our proposal (and options) or proposals with you and tweak them from your feedback. If you elect to have us work with you on one (or more) of the proposals, we will start to plan the deliverables. If you decide to go another direction, you can use our roadmap to do so with your vendor/provider of choice.

Step 5: Implement Solution
Our plan will include specific deliverables, who is responsible and your budget needs on a timeline. Milestones and checkpoints will be identified so all parties will know how the project is performing and when their involvement will be needed. We generally like to phase the implementation of deliverables to help manage risk; this will also be identified in the plan and tracked regularly.

Step 6: Review Solution Effectiveness
The plan will set a date for review of the solutions implemented to understand if solutions are meeting your expectations. If adjustments are needed, those items will start this process over again with the requirements.
